WHO ARE WE

The next generation defense prime, built for modern warfare
Focused on autonomous, scalable, & attritable system
Building end-to-end solutions, spanning all engineering fields

Modern
Warfare

Modern warfare has shifted drastically. Symmetric warfare has returned, dominated by drones and small squads operating with limited awareness.

Sensing and situational awareness are now core to fighting in electromagnetically contested environments. The rise of autonomy in this context demands a switch from high-price, low-volume systems to low-price, high-volume solutions.

Legacy Prime Players

Legacy prime contractors focus on long-term, large-scale, cost-plus contracts. This creates built-in obsolescence, falling short of today’s military demands.

Current defense systems suffer from a slow rate of innovation, production volume, and pricing. These are fundamentally at odds with modern defense needs.

NEW
NEEDS

The modern battlefield craves inexpensive, attritable and still high-performance solutions.

Enemy adaptations occur at a high pace. We need the ability to remotely upgrade fleets of autonomous systems and enable rapid iterations.

With autonomous systems on the rise, we lack humans to manage vast fleets. This necessitates a platform approach acquiring and treating large amounts of data inputs into actionable outputs.

Modern areas of conflict and tensions in Europe and the Pacific define our era of warfare. They demand an overhaul of the military-industrial complex.
